On December 17, 2019, ROGOSTEEL have received another customer to visit-Mr. Ahmad, a friend from Jordan. On December 8th, we had the first cooperation order with us -108 tons of PPGI Steel Coil. The customer made the deposit to us the next day and informed us that they would come to China on a business trip in a few days. Although we also have a few hundred tons of trial orders, this also reflects Mr.Ahmad' trust and expectations.
On December 17, Mr. Ahmad and his assistant arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport as scheduled, and our sales manager Sean was already waiting at the airport. Although the client is not good at English, this doesn't prevent us from making the most appropriate arrangement for the client. After a brief greeting, Sean and Mr. Ahmad and his party taxied to our office in Shanghai. After that, it was a simple visit and negotiation. The customer revealed the intention of purchasing new products in the future. We also promised to give customers the best price and quality.
At dinner time, according to the requirements of customers (Mr.Ahmad and his assistant are Muslims), we take customers to eat grilled fish. This is acceptable to Chinese and foreign friends.
The customer left Shanghai for Yiwu that day and stayed in Yiwu for about 10 days.
When we produced his goods, the customer went to our factory to check the production and everything went smoothly. The goods were sent to Tianjin Port the next day, and Sean accompanied Mr.Ahmad to inspect the packing and strengthening of the goods. And at the end of the day, the customer was sent back to Yiwu, and a series of arrangements left a good impression on the customer.
